Our client based in Norwich, is currently recruiting for Customer Service Agents.

If you believe in delivering outstanding Customer Service and enjoy working with others to enhance an already positive atmosphere, then come and join the team!

We are seeking people with a positive outlook, who can adapt to change whilst maintaining honesty and integrity.

You will be working on behalf of some of the UK's Leading Mobile network providers.

The role will require you to:

  • Assist customers with various enquires and questions, trouble shoot technical problems using a bespoke system
  • Provide excellent customer service whilst complying with regulatory guidelines
  • Support customers with a range of updates, requests and product support.
  • Complete tasks within agreed time frames, working through processes and operating a number of systems

You must be able to demonstrate:

  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service through clear verbal and written communication
  • Confidence in Microsoft systems - word and excel
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail


The client is open 7 days a week and you will be required to work 5 days out of 7 days on an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8AM to 8PM. Weekend hours are 9AM-6PM. There are also part time hours available.
