A new opportunity is available for an Administrator to become a part of the Business Systems Management Team. You will be required to produce reports, maintain documents and support with problems and queries.

Job Description
As a member of the Business Systems Management team, the Business Systems Administrator will primarily be covering a of variety activities across a number of systems and data types. The role will also involve a degree of data validation and governance as well as carrying out functional standard work and producing reports. For the suitable candidate there would be opportunities to develop the role and acquire a greater depth of experience in the business systems here at Luton. They will be a proactive, motivated individual with a good attention to detail and an ability to plan and manage a wide range of activities

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be compliant with the Company's Environmental, Health & Safety and Energy procedures
- Maintaining document records and registers
- Producing reports and KPIs metrics
- Carrying out daily/weekly/monthly functional standard work activities
- Assisting the team in data governance activities
- Supporting with problems and queries from other business functions
- Engaging in team projects and process development
- Document editing and issue control
- Any other reasonable duties

- Attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
- Possess sound communication skills, both verbally and written, with all levels of the business
- The ability to analyse data and generate reports
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to rapidly changing and emerging demands
- Willingness to undertake a variety of business system related tasks
- Aptitude to engage in change via continuous improvement and process development
- Knowledge of business systems such as SAP would be an advantage
- The successful candidate would have good Microsoft Office skills
