Business Support Administrator; Portsmouth; £11.66 p/h PAYE; Contract

We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator for our client based in Portsmouth.

Job Description
To provide administration support within the Operations Hub working closely with Trade Managers and Business Support providing general administration with a primary responsibility in delivering the daily routine tasks that are vital to the efficient running of this department.


Tasks and activities

Be able to perform General Office Administration tasks
Arrange meetings, venues and catering
Manage stationary levels
Coordinate and create reports and letters for workforce
Place and follow up helpdesk calls
Noticeboard maintenance
Distribute weekly Training report
Distribute weekly Resource sheet
Assist with weekly missed bookings report
Assist with monthly pay slip distribution including Flexi working statements
Collate refusal forms
Order Printer cartridges
Assist the building manager
Undertake fire warden duties

Safety

Work safely according to company Policy
Maintain notice board information
Assist Business Support with supplying resource with appropriate PPE

Quality

Accuracy in collating information
Responsible document management policy
Maintain required & current information on Notice Boards
Monthly distribution of payslips
Clear and concise communication


Key Skills

Good communication skills at all levels
Good customer focus to ensure that delivery meets and exceeds the expectations set by the internal and external customers
Good understanding of office safety
Good problem-solving skills that enables information to be collated and processed.
