Business Support Officer; £16.97/hr; Anglesey; Contract

Working our client based on Anglesey, we are looking for someone who has familiarity and a sound working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.

You will be responsible for providing a front of house reception service for all visitors to the site.

Collation of daily, weekly and monthly training information.

Creation of a monthly bill and supporting documentation.

Collation and preparation of material and production of presentations to support customer quarterly reviews, contract status reports and monthly management meetings.

Provide procurement support to the team as required including ordering office, engineering & facility supplies and equipment.

Management of the conference room bookings system and associated requirements.

Booking of visitors onto site and collecting from the security office.

Dealing with site, customer and vendor queries and assigning to the correct area of the business.

Acting as the UK training coordinator, collating input into the training database and providing monthly reports.

Update and maintain locally kept processes and procedures and provide information to main site as and when required.

Experience of minute production and data manipulation.

Previous experience of training coordination is desirable.
