Morson International are working closely with a business communication solutions provider, whose technology surrounds Unified Communications, IT & Applications, Voice and Connectivity.
Our client has experienced fantastic year on year growth 100% organically and now need to expand their workforce to continue their progress in the right way. As such Morson International has been tasked with recruiting experienced/successful Business Development Managers to join their dynamic sales team in the City of London.
My client wants to speak with self-starting individuals with a high level of personal motivation, the ability to communicate at all levels and empathise with clients from CEO to post boy.
Applicants must be able to:
- Handle any company generated opportunities with diligence and professionalism.
- Understand and sell the benefits of technical solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Maintain proper client and prospect records and database.
- Work responsibly and professionally with other teams and departments.
- Represent the company in a professional courteous and dignified manner.
Please note this role is about delivering new business for my client and you retain full ownership of any new accounts on-boarded by yourself.
