This role can be based either in Manchester or Stockton-on-Tees
Focus on developing strategic relationships with key clients and key accounts to lead and deliver the Sales, Key Account Management, Team Leadership and Work Winning for the Industrial Services business division across the UK. Responsible for positioning the business as the partner of choice for the delivery of complex and challenging ME&I projects across multiple industrial sectors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively drive and build all sales efforts across multiple sectors, taking ownership of overall sales and business development pipeline for industrial services business division across the UK to ensure business plan targets are met and surpassed Work with Industrial Services Director, Regional Director and project managers to identify and maximise key client accounts, client development opportunities within agreed and new emerging markets Directly drive new (targeted) and existing client development Develop sales opportunities resulting in significant £multi-million M&EI individual tenders Drive market and customer intelligence identifying M&EI tender opportunities, along with maximising competiveness and work winning Work with technical experts to develop the business as the recognised leader and partner of choice for complex M&EI projects across the UK
Skills/ Knowledge Required 10 years+ proven experience of successfully developing and leading £multi-million sales opportunities within the industrial and commercial M&EI markets Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to form effective relationships with new and existing clients Considerable in depth knowledge of UK M&EI market across multiple sectors Strong ambition to drive sales efforts of a large Industrial Services provider to become the UK's leading M&EI service provider.
