Summary of Role:
Raytheon UK has an opportunity for an experienced Business Change Management practitioner to fulfil the role Business Change Delivery Analyst within the UK IT Transformation Programme. The role reports on the programme to the IT Transformation Programme Business Change Lead and the IT Transformation Programme Manager.
The Business Change Delivery Analyst role is a hands-on delivery role, and accountable for producing a range of business change deliverables, and liaising with stakeholders, to successfully deliver the programme's business change outcomes.
Main Duties Include:
*Support the production and delivery of the business change plans for the programme and workstreams
*Develop strong relationships with the programme, IT and business stakeholders
*Conduct user impacts analysis to identify and document how the change will directly and tangibly affect the users
*Consolidate end user input and factor into eg. prioritisation, testing, training, migration planning deliverables
*Liaise with the workstreams to ensure user testing and feedback activities are well planned and executed
*Review and feedback on the testing materials from a user perspective
*Produce migration plans
*Produce training plans and materials
*Contribute to communication materials and messages
*Identify and manage change related risks, opportunities, mitigations and inter dependencies
*Support the Business Change Lead and the Programme Manager as required, with the planning, production and execution of business change related activities and deliverables
*5+ years' experience of Business Change Delivery analyst in a commercial programme delivery environment.
*Degree level equivalent qualification in a related subject e.g. Organisational Change Management / Behaviour, Communications, Training, or Psychology
*Proven track record of successfully delivering on all of the above duties
Demonstrable relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with senior customer, senior management, business and technical teams to provide proactive assurance whilst supporting delivery agility.
*Proven track record of negotiation and conflict management experience in a complex matrix structure.
*Excellent communication skills in written and oral presentation
*SC cleared or the ability to become SC cleared
*Relevant qualification in a business change methodology
*Member of a relevant Business Change Professional institution
