We are looking for some Business Administrators to work for BAE Systems within their Air Sector. The roles are to provide support to the Metals Procurement Engineers operating within the Airframe Shared Service.
The support required will be to undertake administrative tasks (detailed below) in discharging data input in to a new ERP system (LN) and invoice payment demand.
The primary purpose of the role is inputting data into the LN system along with assisting with:
Bizagi message clearance
Purchase Order administration and filing
Query resolution / escalation
Following internal processes and procedures
Liaising with internal customers
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience and accurate data entry skills. You will be a team player and be proficient in the use of MS Office packages. You will be able to follow processes and resolve queries effectively.
