As a leader in their specialist field, we have partnered to assist in the appointment of a forward-thinking BID Manager that will oversee the end-to-end process, drive conversion and take responsibility for the continued development of the team.

About the role
- Take responsibility for the bid process and lead & coach the bid team
- Coordinate networked bid teams including writers & Technical SME’s
- Articulate value propositions, ensuring all documentation and submission material is exceptional, eye-catching & crucially compelling
- Liaise with the legal department on bid review
- Facilitate and support internal governance approval process where required
- Present bid content and rationale to internal and external stakeholders
- Review meetings with internal & external stakeholders
About you
Ideally be educated to degree or HND standard in a suitable discipline
- Be experienced in leading bids using best practice processes in a fast-paced environment
- Can bring creativity & flair to the design & content of bid responses, experience of Adobe is key
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing both virtual and remote located bid teams, along with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority
- Be committed to delivering high quality tender solutions
- Have the drive and enthusiasm to make a positive contribution
