A passionate BI Analyst/Visualisation specialist is required to support the AI and Analytics division where you will work on end-to-end innovating solutions in Analytics and Machine Learning. For example, you could develop visualisations to improve customer loyalty with a huge retail giant or develop visualisations that will be applied to Financial Crime, the scope is endless.

You will work as part of a collaborative Analytics team, reporting to the Director of AI who has a wealth of experience and he is keen to develop and progress the right BI Analyst to take ownership of the insights for the team. He will actively invest in your training, with sponsored training and development provided for the right person. Over 200 people were promoted across the division last year and this services organisation go the extra mile to look after their people.

No two days will be the same, you'll be pushed to learn new technologies. For example, if you're currently using Power BI, you'll be given support to learn Tableau to support the end client. In return you'll be passionate about dealing with stakeholders, asking the right questions to deliver meaningful insights to clients.

Key Skills

  • Strong visualisation skills using PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik, with proven experience story telling with raw data
  • Manipulate and extract data
  • Some exposure with ETL tools (not essential)
  • A hunger and desire to learn new technology and platforms
  • Confident communicator
