Your experience an Avionic/Electrical Supervisor will have an immediate impact on my client.
Ensuring their team adheres to national and local Environmental, Health and Safety requirements
Ensuring the work completed has been carried out by suitably qualified and experienced (SQEP) team members, in accordance with the
relevant planned work instruction.
Ensuring all work completed by their team has been recorded accurately and correctly within the aircraft work pack.
Ensuring the appropriate level of supervision of their team, including stage checks at the appropriate phases throughout the work flow, with due consideration to HF and the complexity of the tasks being undertaken
Ensuring loose article checks are carried out, prior panel installation/job close up
Ensuring all their personal accountabilities, responsibilities and authorities are met, in order to deliver first time quality
Experienced in the maintenance, modification and repair of aircraft, and aircraft components.
Previous experience in leadership, supervision and control of technical staff is necessary
The ability to distribute and sequence technical work requirements to their team, controlling demanding workloads, whilst delivering to a high standard, and maintaining schedule
Must be capable of understanding and interpreting technical documents, drawings and associated publications
Possess a working knowledge of MAA Regulatory Articles (RA), MAA Regulatory Publication (MRP) Part 145, aviation Quality Assurance (QA) and Safety Management System (SMS) and the application of these requirements within their area of accountability, responsibility and authority
3 year Aerospace apprenticeship or equivalent / HNC or higher in Electrical or Avionics Engineering / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Avionics Engineering
