The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure a healthy and balanced relationship with our Clients customers, through a proactive and visionary approach to the account. This should be achieved by having a good understanding of what our Clients automotive customers expect while prioritising our Clients objectives and procedures


  • Experience and Knowledge of Automotive customers
  • Understanding of Business Cases and an ability to turn the facts into recommendations
  • Economic awareness and financial knowledge
  • Commercial aptitude with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English and German
  • Experienced and competent in drafting and delivering presentations.


  • Principal sales contact for a premium German OEM
  • Able to produce cost calculation, RFI/RFQ preparation, quotation, negotiation and contract management
  • Able to generate letters, quotations and correspondence consistent with the needs of our client and their customers
  • Management of cross functional teams for all sales related topics, such as RFI / RFQ and Change Management reporting to the Sales Manager only
  • Develop close connections to customers supply chain teams in order to manage backlog and analyze forecasts


  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business or Engineering, ideally with a major in automotive or electronic engineering, computer science, etc., MBA is a plus
  • More than 6+ years working experience at an OEMs or Tier-1 supplier with at least 3 years direct experience in Sales / Account Management
  • Track of record and extensive sales and intimate Account Management experience in Automotive Electronics
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with high standards of professionalism and ethics
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, strong initiative and teamwork spirit, and strong learning ability, dedication
