We are looking for an ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER for a permanent position based with our Client on the Sellafield Site (currently some remote working)

JOB PURPOSE

To support the growing Direct Research Portfolio which generates circa 3M py for the business.

Support the two Project Managers in all project delivery activities.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Support the project managers in writing proposals.

Working through schedules, estimates, risk registers for the DRP

Liaising with key customers to ensure compliance against funded scope.

Reporting progress and raising issues early.

General Project Management duties and development opportunities.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Demonstrable knowledge of nuclear industry experience.
Demonstrable project management experience.
Degree qualified desirable but not fundamental, mixture of experience acceptable.
APM qualified.
