An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Project Accountant to support the Senior Accountant - Procurement & Inventory in managing the stock and inventory to support the new ERP system. The role also supports the recovery of import duty costs through working with the business to maximise the opportunities.


The role will contain, but will not be limited to, the following:

- Monthly forecasting/5 year budget plan
- Support to the monthly balance sheet review
- Management of the migrated Trade Creditors balance including cross functional working to clear any issues
- Reconciliation of actual costs incurred against anonymous PO's and leading actions to clear
- Processing and review of LN stock & MAUC (Moving Average Unit Cost) Adjustments
- Support to the analysis of Anonymous WIP and Inventory
- Support to inventory audits
- Support to GRNI data cleanse in readiness for Phoenix deployment 2
- Support to the validation of data in readiness for Phoenix deployment 2
- Creation of local work instructions for the new ERP system
- Support to the recovery of Import duty

Additional Information


- 5 days p/wk (Mon-Fri) around relevant site core hours (7am - 6pm Mon - Thurs, 7am - 12.30pm Fri)

- Start and finish times to be agreed with local Line Management, in accordance with local site core hours
