Job Description The Support team are responsible to delivering a set of registers for safety-related and 'lifed' items. The registers will typically be transferred into the maintenance management system for in-build maintenance. They are used to ensure the ship is safe to build, test & commission, operate and maintain. Asset & Data Tracking (ADT) is a change project. It will ensure key assets are tracked through their build lifecycle. The project closely works with QA, Logistics, Supply Chain and Logistics (Wincanton).
Capabilities - the ability to: Interpret technical information such as drawings / bills of material and associated technical documentation / data Populate data input / compile / configure technical data into an electronic register / spreadsheet with a high degree of accuracy Understand related material movement, stock control and inventory management Define and improve processes and produce relevant work instructions Positively influence a range of stakeholders and work as part of a change project team Desirable Experience in Ship build, Defence, Marine or complex equipment environment Experience of process confirmations / audits / checking of data integrity
