Morson International is working closely with a full fibre Internet Service Provider (ISP) to help in their delivery of super fast broadband across the UK. As the work ramps up we are looking for:

3 x Area Delivery Manager - London

ROLE SUMMARY:
To take ownership and accountability for the delivery of 'homes passed' quarterly target within your region, manage the daily engineering resources in line with the forecasted pipeline and drive smarter ways of working to maximise productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily Management
- Site scheduling, schedule your RTS sites at the earliest opportunity
- Manage sites at risk of not being able to schedule and escalate if required
- Ensure internal reporting systems are accurately updated daily
- Make yourself available for internal and external meetings
- Accurately communicate to your teams in the field

Health & safety / Quality Control
- Ensure site rules are being followed
- Ensure best installation practices are adhered to
- Review documented processes and comment
- Ensure toolbox talks are carried out and monitor the outcome
- Address failings in PPE and other mandatory process

KEY JOB DELIVERABLES:
- You will Focus on revenue stream by delivery of 'Homes Passed' quarterly targets set within the agreed geographical area.
- Resource Planning to ensure the required engineering manpower is available to deliver agreed 'Homes Passed' targets.
- Driving productivity levels to ensure engineering manpower within the geographical area is delivering against plan.
- Ongoing identification of the right buildings to deploy using the agreed gating criteria
- Working with other areas of the business to drive Registered Interest across the geographical portfolio.
- Key driver of the account teams to ensure all departments are fully across the status of each building in the various stages of deployment.
- Timely updating of the internal CRM system to reflect the accurate status of each building in deployment.
- Assessing and approving site surveys and pre-sales site budgets.
- Sign-off and/or producing documentation to ensure an efficient and successful deployment (e.g. Site Survey, Method Statement, Risk Assessment, Site configuration /designs).
- Managing on site work carried out by Engineers and 3rd party vendors and being the conduit between our partners/vendors and our customers.
- Managing 3rd party vendors to ensure successful delivery of buildings in terms of cost, quality and time.
- Approving infrastructure installation site acceptance.
- Approving Installation and Commissioning of communications equipment.
- Contributing to on-site 'best practice' design.

KEY PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
Experience of end to end structured cabling installation experience both on-site and in the office, including:
- Vendor management
- Infrastructure delivery management
- Producing deployment related documentation to support installation
- Reporting
- Auditing
- Quality Control
- Experience in planning installation activities and creating resource estimates and Bill of Materials (BoM)
- Comprehensive understanding of Construction & Engineering Health & Safety regulations
- Excellent understanding of the overall deployment delivery life-cycle from site survey to commissioning
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT literacy (including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Ability to drive others to deliver and to deliver through others
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to lead and manage difficult processes with tenacity and perseverance

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential
- Microsoft applications - Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Project
- Cabling installations standards and guidelines experience

Desirable
- Certified Network Cable Installer (CNCI) Copper & Fibre
- Prince 2, ITiL v3, or other PM qualification

EXPERIENCE:
Essential
- Infrastructure delivery / Large rollout project delivery, number driven target
- Regional management financial ownership
- Planning and scheduling of pipeline numbers
- Accurate and detailed Reporting
- Risk management and issue resolution

SKILLS / APTITUDE:
Essential
- Vendor / 3rd party management
- Comprehensive understanding of Construction & Engineering Health & Safety regulations
