We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced, customer focused environment and has excellent communication skills (particularly telephone manner), the ability to work as an integral member of a team and the desire to take initiative to go the extra mile to deliver for our clients.
The ideal candidate will be driven and enthusiastic to join one of our very successful recruitment teams based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park. We would welcome any recruitment experience although this is not essential as full training will be given.
- Supporting a busy team, this role will assist in facilitating the matching process of candidates to client requirements, placing candidates into contract roles using a variety of means, including placing engaging advertisements, searching job boards and pro-actively managing our highly-subscribed internal database.
- Responsible for providing a high level of customer service to candidates, managing queries, ensuring the are kept informed of progress of applications, as well as telephone screening and interviewing them in line with company standards.
- Following the process through to the end. Once you have placed a candidate, you will be responsible for providing all of the information needed to ensure them a smooth start by handling the contract, payroll and security paperwork.
- Working with several of our established clients to fill a diverse range of roles, no two days will be the same and you will be given support every step of the way by an experienced and friendly team.
