Job Description:

  1. Process the return of unserviceable and serviceable components from Customer to Supplier locations in a timely manner, including items classified as Dangerous Goods
  2. Monitor customer exchange requests to ensure timely delivery from the pool to meet Service Level commitments
  3. Intervene as needed in Shortage situations by ensuring that criticality/situation of the aircraft is understood by the extended supply chain
  4. Tracking and tracing urgent material requirements and keeping the customer informed about status
  5. Coordinating with customer to ensure that schedule demands/Service Bulletins requirements are met
  6. Regular meetings with Customer to discuss all relevant operational requirements such as shortages, demand planning and process development and improvement
  7. Provide training and support to Customer users of the Company provided Customer Web User Interface
  8. Produce and publish Key Performance Indicator / Service Level metrics on a weekly basis
  9. Monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of the customer's inventory management system compared to Company's equivalent
  10. Work with the Company and Customer teams (IT, Planning, Logistics, Warehousing etc.) to develop process solutions and improvements
