An Agile consultant/coach is required for our Aerospace/Defence client on an initial 6 month contract based in Edinburgh.

Objectives

Agile Consulting, Coaching, Support and Training on Business Transformation Programme.

1) Provision of ongoing coaching and support to the Business Transformation agile teams in order to mature their current agile capabilities at team and programme level.

Provide Programme level coaching on Agile principles and practices: Identify appropriate Agile tools, guidelines and metrics to better establish and improve use of Agile teams. Support should include identifying standards and practices for a Programme to manage individual Agile teams and standards for individual Agile teams to follow.

Provide Agile Coaching as needed: The contractor shall participate in weekly meetings where the vendor will facilitate a discussion of problems or issues with current Agile team(s) and offer advice and counsel on ways to improve project performance. The contractor shall thereafter aid in implementing suggested advice with the team(s).

SC Clearance will be required as part of this role, suitable candidates will need to hold this currently or be eligible to achieve this as part of the role.

Contract will be operating Outside IR35
