Administrator required for a temporary cover post for 6 weeks Candidates should therefore be immediately available.
Duties will be to provide administration support to a busy team responsibilities will include
* Clerical support with various documents and reports, ensuring information is kept up to date and available for teams as required
* Arranging meetings and meeting room set ups, coordinating room availability, lunches, taking notes at meetings
* Organising appointments, site visits, travel arrangements, PPE etc
* Accurate Record keeping
* Liaising with various teams, stakeholders etc as required
This role requires experience within a previous administration support role, good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well at all levels and strong organisation abilities.
MS Office experience, Word & Excel, Sharepoint experience an advantage
