Administrator required for a temporary cover role for 2 months to start at short notice.
This role would only suit those immediately available for work.
Scheduling appointments on the phone and by email
Updating Excel tracker and sending reports and information
Ad hoc reporting and admin
The key skills are:-
* Good telephone manner (a large part of the role on a day-to-day basis is being on the phone)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use excel spread sheets
* Able to deal with issues when they arise quickly in a proactive manner
