Recruiting for an Administrator/Receptionist to work on a temp to perm basis for a leading client in the Rail Industry based in Birmingham.

The Role

You will ensure that the day to day administrative requirements are carried out in an organised and efficient manner, ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Accountabilities

Adopt a professional approach when liaising with suppliers and clients
Order office stationary and ensure adequate supplies are maintained
Assist in processing invoices and maintaining an up to date record of office transactions (office supplies, hotel/travel bookings etc.)
Support the office with day to day administrative requirements such as diary management, room bookings, minute taking
Ensure relevant external and internal messages are communicated across the team coherently
