A temporary vacancy has arisen at RAF Coningsby for a Receptionist/Administrator. The role will require the successful applicant to carry out general administration duties and cover a busy reception desk daily. Excellent communication skills are required, and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programmes is essential. Any training required on in-house applications will be given to the successful applicant.
The role will involve working within a team carrying out various admin duties, mainly reception duties within a Customer Building. A good general knowledge of On Base working would be desirable. A good knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential.
Key tasks will involve;
- Reception Duties
- Daily contact with various external customers
- Use of various Microsoft Office based computer programmes.
Good communication, team working and motivational skills are essential.
