Administrator / Project Coordinator - Leicester - Permanent Opportunity

We are looking for Administration Support to work within our asbestos team providing project resource duties.

You will be issuing survey reports and documentation via email to clients, downloading and collating project information from Teams and filing all project related documentation. Liaising with Surveyors on a weekly basis to ensure all works are completed on time in line with client KPIs. Assisting the Project Coordinator with resourcing of the works as well as dealing with clients requests regarding status updates for surveys/reports, over the phone.

Your role:
* Assist with the management of bookings of surveys/re-inspections directly with site, following up with email confirmations
* Deal with the online data collection system on TEAMS, download paperwork, collate and file accordingly
* Assist with the set up of survey appointments for surveyors, booking contractors and specialist access equipment for surveys when required
* Monitor and file all key account documentation on a daily basis

About you:
It is essential that you are able to work with Excel at an intermediate level. It is crucial to have a confident and polite telephone manner and you must have excellent time management skills. You must also be adaptable as you will be expected to work both as a team and individually.
