Morson Talent Leiston are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our established and well regarded Client with operations at Sizewell B Power Station for an Administrator/Helpdesk Assistant.

Role Overview
Main responsibilities will be to ensure the efficient handling of all calls to the Helpdesk. This will involve logging, planning and dispatching of reactive and planned tasks.
Manual labour data entry onto the Clients systems.
Responsible for statistical/report information required for the monthly accountability meeting held with the client.
Other duties will include operating the switchboard, dealing with the Post.

Candidate Specification
• Good communication skills and basic knowledge of computers (Word, Excel and
• Ability to manage meeting requests
• Proficient use of helpdesk systems and processes requests in an efficient manner
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to strict deadlines
• Ability to liaise effectively with Management as well as front line operatives
• General Clerical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
• Experience of working in a customer service environment is desirable
• Experience of working within Facilities Management is desirable
