We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to support a Recruitment team for our Engineering client based in Rochester.

The successful candidate will provide efficient day to day administrative support to all Hiring Managers within Engineering and Operations functions

Key Responsibilities
Permanent recruitment:
- Raise and manage requisitions within the recruitment system
- Monitor progress end to end through the recruitment process
- Organise the onsite activities and arrangements for interviews and assessment days
- Co-ordinate with hiring managers to ensure paperwork and process steps are completed in a timely manner
- Arrange desk allocation, furniture, PC etc in time for employees' start dates
- Act as liaison between the external recruitment team and the hiring managers

Contractor recruitment:
- Complete the end to end process in the approval and recruitment systems
- Monitor progress of vacancies and security clearance process to ensure timely completion of activities
- Arrange interviews and co-ordinate with hiring managers to obtain a hiring decision
- Track end dates and extend offers/terminate contracts as required
- Arrange desk allocation, furniture, PC, email accounts etc in time for contractors start dates
- Act as liaison for the business with the contractor recruitment team and the hiring managers

Other adhoc administrative duties and project work as required to support the recruitment process

Qualifications/Experience Required:
Previous office administration experience essential
Excellent IT, communication, problem solving, organisation and prioritisation skills
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Tactful approach in dealing with sensitive information
Ability to build and maintain excellent business relationships (both face to face and remotely) across all levels within the business
Attention to detail
Ability to flex between multiple tasks
An aptitude for a fast paced environment
Comfortable using own initiative
Proficient with MS Office packages
