Administrator required for an ongoing project of work with our Client to manage work in their SAP system.

Main roles and responsibilities are
To assist existing SAP administrator processing timesheets using SAP.
Creation of Purchase requisitions and Orders in SAP
Utilising outline agreements and contractor timesheets for the above.
Reconciling payments using SAP and excel spreadsheets.
Liaising with internal accounts on final invoicing.
Issuing final service sheets to contractors on completion of work.

The ideal candidate should have

Experience of large data input
Experience of SAP system
Excellent Computer skills - literate with Word, Excel.
Good skills to work in a team. Be comfortable with dealing with people at all levels.
