Our client are looking for a strong Administrator to provide confidential and comprehensive support to the Capital Estimating leadership team.
Logging of projects sent into the Team Mailboxes
Upkeep of the Estimating register including production of reports
General administrative duties including meeting/ mailbox management, document preparation, purchase orders, self bill management etc.
Co-ordination of communications plan including monitoring actions, team briefs, newsletter input and maintenance of team specific Webpage/s.
Strong IT skills (MS Office)
Experience of monitoring action and business plans.
Experience of business reporting and analysis tools e.g. Business objects
Good degree of numeracy, skilled in the use of MS Excel and good standard of English/report writing skills
Outstanding communication & people skills
Experience within a costing/ financial background
Experience of networking within a large organisation.
Performance management experience.
Knowledge of Investment Processes
Experience of planning & scheduling
