This role is required to implement the new file management structure across HR SSC, ensuring that all documents comply with GDPR. Update the HR information system to ensure that employee records are kept up to date.
- Ensure that the data in Success Factors (HR information system) for those serviced by the HR SSC becomes as accurate as possible
- Implement the new file management file structure across all employees serviced by the HR SSC.
- Comply with GDPR ensuring that only the relevant documents are saved on each employee file
- Scan paper files and store onto electronic employee files
- Any other duties as required by the business
This role is an Initial 1 Month Contract which may potentially be extended however its not guaranteed
