8 vacancies - forming the recovery team
South West went live with the new system - Maximo - 3 months ago. Since then, hundreds if not thousands of work orders have been created all of which are at difference statuses and need looking at.
Each administrator will be given an allocation of work orders to be investigated;
Why at that status
Have we attended
Has the work been done or is it outstanding
Are the costs / prices on there
Is there an issue?
Who can resolve it
Is it with a supplier - have we followed up/chased
Primary objective is to work out how to get the work order to bill status if not there already.

Inquisitive - happy to investigate
Comfortable speaking to people at all levels
Experience of dealing with a database system
Will receive scenario based training for a week before being put into full action from Paula - Performance and Change Manager - she's really energetic, engaging and great to work with.
They will be providing a welcome resource so shouldn't be any difficult stakeholders.
Based in Bradleystoke? Excellent public transport links and good access by car.
While these roles are short term, the training they receive and experience gained will give them a great vantage point from which to get other roles on site - there are 18 vacancies at the moment.
