Administrator required to work for a rail client, working with construction management and installation teams to create and administer works and team activities.
Location: Ashby
6 months contract initially, with potential to be extended
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and updating of processes and systems used within the team.
• Maintenance of SharePoint sites and data storage, ensuring an effective project and operational interface.
• Support the team with the creation and manipulation of project and works related spreadsheets and databases.
• Support the Construction Management team in producing and maintaining progress dashboards and presentations as required.
• Assist in the monitoring and tracking of all SISS construction and test resource via participation in weekly resource meetings and the issuing of the accompanying reports.
• Supply general support of site-based team with administration and procurement duties.
Required experience:
• Excellent IT skills: Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Fast Field Forms and some level of Leica scanning data management
• Experience of working with SharePoint – creating and managing sites
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent understanding of task and time management
• Flexible, innovative approach, able to evaluate, adapt and apply alternative new technologies
