Vital Human Resources require a Permanent Office Administrator to work in our vibrant office Based in Bellshill, Lanarkshire.
Our team requires someone with good IT skills that is able to work well under pressure and that has real attention to detail. The role will include inputting of a weekly payroll, involving all aspects of this from time sheets to billing queries. Additional tasks would also include dealing with starters, bank detail, leavers and all aspects of admin for the department.
Full training will be given on our bespoke Oracle Computer System. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office package, specifically Word and Excel are necessary.
This is an extremely busy role and would suit candidates that have experience working in a fast paced office environment. Any recruitment office experience would also be beneficial, however not essential.
Salary is £18k - £20 dependant on experience.
Full time - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Own transportation is a necessity due to office location and a lack of public transport links.
