We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work for our Plymouth based client.
General duties will include but are not limited to:-
- Typing letters/reports
- Distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Taking telephone calls
- Liaising with hiring managers
- Receive and direct visitors and client
- Escorting duties
You will need good communication skills - written and verbal as well as good attention to detail and accuracy.
You will also require the following:
- Customer focus
Finally, you will need an NVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent experience and to be educated to GCSE level C including English and Mathematics.
Paying £11.per hour
36 hours per week 7.30 - 15:45 Monday to Thursday & 07:30 - 13:30 Friday
