Administrator - Blackburn - 3-6 Month Initial Contract

This role will be to assist with day to day Administration tasks including managing client / supplier document storage, control and distribution.

Principal Accountabilities
Co-ordinate and guide the flow of information between departments to ensure project progress.
Expedite the flow of information to ensure essential project schedules are met.
Set up and maintain project files to ensure availability of updated project information
Resolve problems or bring the problems to the attention of the proper personnel throughout all phases of the project.

Skills Required
* 2 - 5 years experience in a similar Administration role. Previous engineering industry experience desirable.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the Company.
* Effective analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail.
* Demonstrated record of delivery of solutions.
* Proficient in the use of PC based tools and software (Excel, Word).
