Our client, a leading energy company based in Middlewich are looking for an Administrator to assist their team in Cover role; this is initially for a couple of months - but it may get extended dependant on the business needs.

To provide Admin support within the team
Collating information / documents & data to assist in scheduling of appointments/ works
Producing Reports for Management
Produce Purchase Requestions/ Orders
Manage internal correspondence / comms
Liaise with external suppliers and internal departments

Skills Required
* Planning and Organising skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Significant all round administrative experience
* Able to operate at all levels of the business
* Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
* Developed Customer Service skills
* Familiarity with MS suite of systems
* Experience in SAP (preferred, but not mandatory)
