My client are a leading construction company with 30 years in the industry and are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team based in York on a 12-18 month basis.
The Construction Administrator will provide all around administration support to a number of areas of the business. The role involves updating customer accounts, handling incoming enquiries, and processing orders, and contracts. Other general office, and PA duties include; filing scanning, printing, ordering materials, managing expenses, and taking on additional tasks where required.
- Experience using SharePoint would be advantageous
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Fully computer literate
- General Admin Duties
The successful candidate will be experienced within an administration role and used to working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Previous Construction exposure is desirable but not essential.
