We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Administrator on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract to join our team based at our Filton branch in Bristol. Supporting our busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service for the branch. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet and greet new starters and escort candidates to interviews and trade tests
  • Record absences and conduct return to work interviews
  • Checking contractor clocking times
  • Conduct inductions and exit interviews
  • Assist with referencing, filing and other administrative tasks as required
  • Taking telephone calls and assisting with contractor and client queries

The suitable candidate for this role will have proven administration skills, good organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines and good attention to detail.

Previous in an administration role is vital, but training will be given. Familiarity with and good understanding of all Microsoft Office packages is required.
