Administrator; Based Faslane, Nr Helensburgh; 12-month contract; £11.44 per hour
We are currently recruiting for a temporary Administrator to join our client's Commercial team until 31 March 2021.
The role holder will provide administrative support to the Commercial team primarily enabling them to manage the contract change management process at the site
Specific responsibilities will include supporting the formal submission of Change Proposals and acceptance of Change Notices to the Customer, processing Contract Amendments and maintaining data within spreadsheets and databases. The role holder will also support the commercial team with compiling reports and actions trackers as well as any corporate governance requirements including preparing and circulating packs for review and approval. The role holder is also expected to complete general office administration tasks and support any meetings as required.
During the term of the contract, a significant contract change programme will be underway and this role will provide an opportunity to become involved in this exciting project and grow and develop skills and experience.
Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail when completing administrative tasks in an environment that involves the processing and management of sensitive business information.
An attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work outputs is required, as are strong interpersonal and team working skills. Specific areas of competency we require are as follows:
Experience gained in an administrative role in a busy working environment.
Experience of using databases / ERP systems to record and manage information.
A strong practical knowledge of MS Office software, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
Mathematics and English at Standard Grade 3 or above (or equivalent qualification).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
