We are currently looking to recruit an administrator for our busy recruitmentment office in Norwich.
Your main duties will be....
Answering all incoming calls and transferring to the correct staff member.
Formatting CVs to a high standard.
Administration. Recieving sick notes, holiday forms etc and uploading them to our recruitment software.
Being present for conduct meetings if neccessary.
This role would suit somebody who is confident making and recieving phone calls from members of the public and clients. Candidates MUST have strong administration experience, preferably from an HR or recruitment background. Candidates should have a solid and strong computer knowledge and an excellent level of written/spoken english.
Working hours are from 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday.
