Administrator required for a role within a busy office.

Computer skills: Must be competent in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, SAP,e-mail and internet


Key responsibilities and accountability:
Co-ordinate the ordering of materials through SAP with the Project Team
Assist the Project Team with the day to day management of the SAP system
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Monitor and report the progress of individual projects and update the Team when changes or issues arise
Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of processes

Required:
Proven administrative experience with SAP
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Excel)
Proficient in the use of SAP
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Good standard of education, written and oral
