Working in an office based team
Main Purpose of Role
Data handling support to area planning teams including the management of the flow of information requests in and out of the team
To provide reports on the performance of assets to help identify key performance and risk issues.
To provide reports to show performance against business targets
To provide monthly reports; performance against milestones.
Manage and run the purchase order system covering any service/item to be procured by their business area.
The role holder must have :
Good analytical skills
Good problem solving and communication skills.
Strong information management, analysis and reporting skills
Strong IT skills (e.g. Excel and Access)
Budget Monitoring skills
A driving licence would be useful
