Our client, a well-established utilities company based in Cumbernauld are looking for a part time Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. The role will likely entale both office working and home working due to the nature of the role.

Part Time Hours are as follows (Not Negotiable given the nature of work)

Wed 12 noon to 5pm
Thurs and Fri 7am to 4pm

To provide administration and reporting support to their Third-Party Operational team.

The candidate should have strong data input stills and will need to comfortable investigating and resolving queries, both with weighbridge entries and supplier invoices and be capable of processing relatively complex (varied) data for upload and meeting deadlines.

The operation of their weighbridge system is an integral function of the role (previous experience preferable but training will be provided).

More importantly they need to be strong on the administration/paperwork side-
Confident with all Microsoft packages - especially Excel and able to pick up new systems/processes quickly as you will be updating customer information/reports.
Comfortable with customer interaction is a must and for the role holder as this is a big part of the role (email, telephone and face to face)

Working knowledge of processes and procedures within finance and/ or operational environment would be beneficial.

You will be required to have a good eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your own workload.

Will also take on other admin duties such as processing purchase orders, franking machine, preparing price increase letters etc."
