We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to provide general support to a management team and a Vice President. This role is working for our client in Filton.
Booking travel, including taxis, hotels and co-ordinating complex travel arrangements to the US
Dealing with visas for travel, experience would be an aid but not essential
Looking after outlook calendar for Vice President
Schedule Health and Safety calendar invites and confirm attendees for the team
Meeting and greeting visitors
Booking meeting rooms, keeping tidy and maintaining standards
Other administrative duties as required
Individual skills and experience:
Good attention to detail and can prioritise tasks
Good communication skills
Microsoft office experience essential
