Our client, a leading Renewable Energy company based in Glasgow are looking for a Training Coordinator/ Administrator on a long term contract role.

It is essential the candidate can speak Spanish (has a C1/C2 level of Spanish or Spanish native speaker)

The Main purpose of the role is to ensure that internal resources are trained in accordance with the annual training plan and in accordance with budget. Coordinate the scheduling of training courses and training course attendees and assist with the preparation and forecasting of future training requirements throughout the Offshore Renewable business.

Responsibilities
* Administration of training requests required in Offshore Renewable.
* Input into training reports for Offshore Renewable resource department.
* Administration concerned with the implementation and development of training courses, training catalogues, competency profiles etc for Offshore Renewables.
* Management of training record databases.
* Work with global and local HR teams to facilitate training requirements for business globally.
* Administration of training requests required in Offshore Renewables.
* Booking of training courses and arrangement of delegates to attend training courses in Offshore Renewables.
* Input into the design of new training courses, graduate, apprenticeship, master student and summer placement schemes.
* Management and updating of Offshore Renewables training records.
* Attendance of monthly training coordination meetings with HR learning and development and Resource Department.
* Supporting the preparation of training plan & budget.
* Ensure that gaps in actual and required training requirements are addressed.
* Assist with the development and implementation of a training catalogue and competency profile for internal resources.
* Coordinate adhoc training demands for external resources.
* Liaise with department leads and line managers throughout Offshore Renewables in regard to training requirements, under supervision from the Internal Resource Team Lead.
* Coordinate with Health and Safety, Quality departments and projects regarding training records and training profiles.
* Coordinate with cost control where required for the payment and delivery of training courses, including preparation of any administration such as purchase order requests etc.

* Reports to the Internal Resource Team Lead.
* Communicates with line managers and department leads within the Offshore Renewable Business.
* Key interface with Learning and Development in HR regarding the planning and execution of training plans.
* International travel may be required


Experience
* BSc in a business or HR related subject desirable but not essential.
* Experience of SAP and resource planning software desirable but not essential.
* Spanish language proficiency
* Experience of coordinating and booking training courses (or similar experience)
* Experience of coordinating purchasing administration such as purchase requisitions.
* Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and working towards targets and KPIs.
* Offshore wind training experience desirable, but not essential.
