Administrative Data Analyst required for an initial 12 month contract based in central Cambridge

Specific Country/Sector/department overview

Location will be based predominately at our client's buildings based in central Cambridge, with some small amount of travel to other sites across the Southern region

Role Purpose

Provide administrative support and data analytics for all team operations

What this job involves

  • Process all incoming customer requests from initiation to completion
  • Manage trackers and report on progress of all request types
  • Process requests from within the FM community
  • Engage in data analysis projects and tasks
  • Assist with the coordination of the Desktop Hardware Team requests
  • Participate when required with the activities of the Desktop Hardware Team
  • Process company purchases within client finance system
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all key performance indicators
  • Enhance own professional and personal skills
  • Receive and process client move requests
  • Manage supporting suppliers (technology, furniture, etc.)
  • Assist with supporting all desktop IT requirements including spares management, faulty item replacement/disposal
  • Discover and monitor trends

  • Two to three years of service management
  • Background in data analysis/interrogation and report management
  • Excellent customer experience skills
  • Experience with in-house purchasing systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products - Certified preferred
  • Understanding of stakeholder and customer requirements
  • Organizational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Flexibility with work hours including weekend work as required and travel as needed
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with executive level
