Morson International are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join one of our reputable clients in Cambridge, this is a full time, initial contract until September 2020 with the possibility of extension and becoming a permanent role.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Assist in post room operations
- Response to customer requests for ad hoc porterage
- Book and sign in parcels
- Ensure parcels are delivered out to different occupants on site
- Work closely with the Reception team
- Book in conference/meeting rooms and ensure these are set up accordingly
You will have the following skills and experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT literate
- Flexibility to learn and develop within the position
