We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to support a busy team at Sizewell B Power station. This will be a temporary role. We are looking for two Administration Assistants; one to start Feb 2021 and will run until end of April 2021. The other Administrator to start in March and will run until May 2021.
Hours will very from 37 per week up to 72 per week. Schedule of hours will be provided upon application.
Main duties to include:
Manage the WOCs from collection to point of return
Keep accurate records of WOCs held, issued and returned
Liaise with Work Management in the event of any issues
Co-ordinate any minor facilities issues
Liaise with various departments when required
Update and distribute the outage contact list
Control and distribute PPE
Order and distribute stationery
Collect and escort visitors
Issue pagers and padlocks under instruction from team lead
Support the Outage Management and other members of the Admin. Team
Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload
Confidence in asking for support
Proactive approach to work
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Adaptable and keen to support others in the team when required
Must be a good team player and be able to prioritise workload. Must have previous admin experience.
Successful candidates will be required to be security vetted prior to starting work.
