We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assist to join a busy team at Sizewell B power station. This will be a temporary role to start on 1st February 2021 and will run until May 2021.
The main components of this role are, but are not limited to:
In processing the crews (and their subcontractors)
Meet and greet of new arrivals
Escorting visitors on site
Processing of timesheets
Working with the site manager to process company payroll
Providing administrative support to the V & P team
Co-ordinating with In-processing lead
Any other assistance required by Outage Admin team members
Excellent organisational and timekeeping skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise workload
Confidence in asking for support
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
Excellent admin support skills.
Adaptable and keen to support others in the team when required
Be a good team player and be able to prioritise workload.
Hours will vary from 37-60 per week as follows:
Start Date - Monday 1st February 2021
01.02.21 - 21.02.21 37 hours / week Monday - Friday
22.02.21 - 28.02.21 40 hours / week Monday - Friday
01.03.21 - 07.03.21 48 hours / week Monday - Friday
08.03.21 - 25.04.21 60 hours / week 6 days / week
26.04.21 - 02.05.21 50 hours / week 5 days / week
Successful candidates will need to be security vetted prior to starting employment.
