Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight
Duration 6 Month contract
Hours: 37 per week
Rate: £9.35 per hour PAYE
A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based on the Isle of Wight. This key role will involve completing general office administration, order management and dealing with customer and internal enquiries on the telephone. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills along with good customer focus and the ability to manage high volumes of work.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Services group, and its managers
- Updating database information
-Processing and expediting Customer Support Order Book requirements
-Managing and processing customer order books within the client's system and excel work books
- Customer liaison on any issues and queries.
- Answering phone calls / e-mails efficiently and quickly from customers and internal business areas.
- Co-ordination of appropriate responses to customers based on previous activity
Skills and Experience
-The successful candidate will have 5 GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C or above to include English and Maths along with previous administrative experience.
-Attention to detail, quality and accuracy is essential.
-Good written and oral communication skills are required in order to communicate effectively at all levels.
-Good time management and ability to work to challenging deadlines is required.
-Good numeracy skills, familiarity with MS Excel is essential along with the ability to organise information.
