Administration Assistant; Brize Norton; Contract
Working for our client based in Brize Norton, we are looking for an administration assistant to handle all elements of office administrative duties including telephone, meeting/event admin, job requisitions, typing of letters and memos, collecting information for decision making.
The position will also involve diary management, so experience is required for this part of the role.
You will also be required to prepare relevant admin for the team (travel, post, doc distribution).
Experience of dealing with visitors, taking telephone call and messages and cascading to the relevant person.
Your skills will include;
Good knowledge of administration processes within an office environment
Organisational and planning skills are an essential part of the role
Able to work using own initiative to develop effective solutions to problems
Must also be a team player and proactively assist other team members when needed
Work with minimum supervision, self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organised and have a flexible approach
Working in an office environment performing all levels of administrative duties
Customer service experience both verbal and written
Use of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm
